Chapitre #718 : Spoilers

Merci Aohige, comme d'hab'.

From what I can gather:
Coverstory: Scotch continues holds up the old woman, but a marine battleship arrives.
Zoro and Franky are united at the Flower Garden, where a whole bunch of dwarfs are kept against their will.
They seem to know about the Straw Hats (and if my reading of Chinese is correct, considers them heroes), and when Zoro and Franky introduces them as one, they looked shocked and in awe.
Zoro watches Luffy & Chinjao's fight on the TV, cheering on. I think he may be talking about how he wished he hadn't lost his sword, he looks frustrated that he's not there fighting lol
Meanwhile, on Usopp/Robin side, as the dwarven army deploys, they enlist help of two Bug Bug fruit user dwarfs.
One is a bee woman, and other, a Rhino Bettle man. The chapter likely ends with the dwarves charing out.
EDIT: The Beetle man is likely Kabu, since Rhino Beetles are called "Kabuto mushi" in Japanese.
Besides, he looks like him lol

-Jora claims here technique is unstoppable, uses a strange smoke technique on Nami, Nami creates cloud to try and disperse it
-with their hero Usoland by their side, the dwarves set off to rescue their 500 imprisoned allies
-in Dressrona there is a Sunflower Garden, beneath the flowers where nobody knows, there is a secret tunnel where deep underground, you can hear the screams of "fairies"
-Lightning Soldier is a captain of the resistance, which also includes the dwarves, who are fawning over Franky
-Doflamingo reveals to Law that Strawhat has fell for his bait, will never escape from the Coliseum, and that their alliance is screwed
-the resistance continues fawning over Franky as he asks if the dwarves are the "fairies" that stole Zoro's sword, someone yells aren't you going back to your ship?
-Luffy/Chinjao fight as Sanji/Kinemon look on, Kinemon cheers on Luffy while Sanji tells him to stop joining in with the rabbling masses
-Burgess makes his appearance and says that this fight is interesting, who's the runt, Luffy tries using a Haki imbued gomu gomu ability leaving the audience shocked
-Zoro shouts wtf are you doing captain, and wants to join in too and he and Franky notices him, the girl Zoro was with is confused as to who is captain
-the dwarves have scouted out the enemy, but there's a shocking development... (leak ends page 8)
