Although from the reactions from people who CAN verify in 2ch, it seems to be posted, and yes, the phone model matches Apprentice.

The Rookies are watching the war. Kidd says the New World is ruled by the Yonkou, Redhaird, Kaidou, and BigMom.

Meanwhile, communication between HQ and Impel Down shows Magellan is injured near death, and several Lv6 prisoners other than the 4 seen with Blackbeard are
missing.
World Government says they won't reveals this incident to the world, but Sengoku disagrees.
Doflamingo tells Moria "You're useless, I'll make it seem you died in this war"
Moria asks if he's acting on order from Sengoku, and Doflamingo says "No, from even higher ups!"

Whitebeard's loss is known through out the world, and many islands that was under his protection immediately comes under seige.
New character is shown, Brownbeard...something, I forgot.
The scene changes to the Rookies. Urouge, chimp (I assume he means Apoo), Drake, Kidd, and Capone each have a say in the matter, then heads to the New World.
I only remember Bonny and Hawkins
Bonny says it's his(her) fault that everything went crazy, I have to find him (her)
Hawkins says this is strange, no matter how many times I do my fortune telling, the Strawhat's chance of death doesn't become 0%
Anyways each goes to New World (BigMom's name is mentioned)
Scene changes back to Luffy and co, Law just came out of the surgical room
Hancock who used her snake to track after them came, and Ivankov and others meet up with them as well
The rest is up to Luffy's own strength
Hancock says if her Shichibukai status hasn't been revoked yet, her island should be safe. So the ship heads to Kuja

Civilian: Whitebeard is dead!! Marines have won, YEAH!!!

The civlians on this island look like Native Americans. The entrance of the city has a pirate flag of Whitebeard.
Under the flag, you can see the words FoodValten.

Oh yeah, it's USED to be Whitebeard's turf, isn't that right? Yeah, I know!!
You saw the news didn'cha? This symbol no longer means anything!!! He's DEAD!!
With Whitebeard gone, the one taking over the world is me!!!
Civilians: Kyaaa!!!!
Brownbeard: Get a good look at me, and remember me!! The one ruling this island from this day on... is me, the great BROWNBEARD!! UOHOHOHO!!

Scene changes to Hancock
The marines on Hancock's marine ship are turned into stone
Hancock is seen on Law's ship.
Hancock: How is Luffy holding up...!!
Bepo: How did you know we were coming up to the surface here?
You scared me, I thought the Marines were still chasing us
Hancock: I had Salome trace you from the bottom of the sea. Don't change the subject on me, you lowly animal!!

Law enters the room

Kama: That's right!!! Strawhat did his best!!! Because of him, we were able to escape!!
Hancock: They are the prisoners of Impel Down... they seem to be allies of Luffy. They were hiding in the Marine ship I took.
Kama: And we're heading to the "Kamabakka Kingdom", a long time dream for us!! From the New Kama land to the New Kama head temple!!
Ivankov continues his speech as he boards Law's ship
Ivankov: Strawhat boy was already in no shape to be even standing when he was in Impel Down!!
I'm surprised how much ruckus he was able to cause here!!
Kama: Yeah!! He did his best!! We know!!
Ivankov: It was all to save his brother Ace!! And yet his brother died right in front of his eyes to protect him....
Flashback of Luffy's lines (If I give up here, I'll regret it forever!)

That's why... I can't even begin to imagine what's going on in Luffy's mind... Him collapsing right there was probably the last strain of self defense. Even if his body lives, I'm worried the most when he wakes up...

Bepo: Uh...!! Yes, yes I do I'm sorry
Crew: Wow I'm envious, the empress is treating you like a servant
Hancock: If I call up the Kuja pirate ship, we can cross over the Calm Belt along with this submarine!!
If Luffy's survival is revealed to the government, they'll surly come after him. We will shelter him on the Kuja island. If my Warlord status is still in effect, I can nurture him in safety.
