Inazuma cuts the stairs and says to the newkamas to leave that level and to stay calm.
Ivan says he will never revealed what he plans to magellan and also adds that they are on a par.
Magellan says that even if he buys time the strawhat team will never escape.
Ivan says that he will never let magellan pass and will show him the highest level of the newkama kenpou.

Luffy wonders why magellan isn't chasing them anymore.
