The island name is "Momoiro", not momoroi. It means pink.
The name of the kingdom is "Kamabakka". It's a Japanese pun meaning "Kingdom full of gays"
You don't need "o" in front of kama to mean gay.
okama is official, but kama is a slang to mean okama, and is used regularly in Japan.

This says quite the opposite. It's a double-negative.
似てない = doesn't look like
似てなくもない = you could say it kind of looks like
I know it's confusing, but it's a "not-not" structure. (which isn't really proper)
So the quote says this:
"Jinbei's silhouette was revealed, and it kind of somewhat resemble Fisher Tiger's. Maybe they could they be related?"
Also, the island Nami was sent to is probably spelled "Weatheria", given the context of the island (and Nami's position).
